PWC Police Crime Report for Friday, June 28, 2024: Shoe theft and caustic spray

In one incident, police report victim held onto the shoes and was dragged for a short distance before he fell to the ground as the suspect continued to drive out of the area. In another incident, police report the accused sprayed the victim in his face and upper body with an unknown substance before she drove away in her vehicle.
