The third annual Manassas Reads, a community-wide reading festival, will be conducted on April 23 at the Harris Pavilion.
A collaboration of organizers, including Manassas City Public Schools, Prince William Library System, and the City of Manassas, has made this event better and better every year.
The hours are 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and include guest readers, vendors, published authors, musical performances, and more than 3,000 free books.

* Footsteps2Brillance demonstrations

The Harris Pavilion is located on Center St. in Old Town Manassas.
