Anger management classes for parents offered by Va. Cooperative Extension
When Families Get Angry is a three session, six hour course, developed to assist parents in understanding and constructively dealing with anger in the home.
It will focus on anger between parents, parents and children, and siblings, with recognition of influences from outside forces.
Upcoming WFGA classes in the Manassas area are on Tuesdays, Sept. 29, Oct. 6-13, from 7-9 p.m. at the Sudley North Government Center.
Upcoming WFGA classes in the Woodbridge/Montclair area are on Mondays, Oct. 5, 12, 19, from 7-9 p.m. at the Dr. A. J. Ferlazzo Building.
Advance registration is required, walk-in registrations are not accepted. Upon completion of the class a certificate is awarded. No childcare is available.
Class materials fee is $40 per individual or couple.
