Arrest charges on controlled substances made in Haymarket

Possession of Controlled Substances.  On July 22, 2015 at 8:31 PM., a 25 year old male from Warren County was arrested in the 15200 block of Washington Street.  The charges were possession of suspected heroin, a Schedule II Narcotic, as well as marijuana.  The identity of the suspect is being withheld at this time due to a continuing investigation.
 
Possession of Controlled Substances, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.  On August 1, 2015 at 12:15 AM, a traffic stop was made near the intersection of Washington Street and James Madison Highway.  As the result of that contact, a 19 year old male from Herndon was arrested for:  possession of two different Schedule II controlled substances, possession of marijuana, and 2 counts of contributing to the delinquency of minors.
 
Additionally, from the same contact, the following charges were made and each accused was released on summonses with their promise to appear in court:

• A 20 year old male from Page County:  contributing to the delinquency of minors (2 counts)

• An 18 year old male from Bristow:  contributing to the delinquency of minors (2 counts); underaged possession of alcohol.

The identities of the suspects are being withheld at this time due to a continuing investigation.
