Greater Manassas Children’s Choir to begin in September
Greater Manassas Children’s Choir, a new opportunity for singers in rising grades 2-8, will begin rehearsals in September, according to a news release.
Sponsored by the Manassas Chorale, singers will be divided into younger and older groups and will rehearse from mid-September through mid-May. Concerts will be given in December and May.
Directors and accompanists will be professional musicians.

Upcoming dates for voice checks are July 23 (6:00-7:30 pm) and August 5 (6:00-7:00 pm).
Weekly rehearsals will be held on Thursdays (6:15-7:30 pm) at the Manassas Church of the Brethren (near Micron Technology).
The choir will be fee-based with some scholarships available, according to the news release.
