SERVE has an immediate need for adult volunteers at several fun-paced positions during traditional business hours. Admin and shelter tasks include answering phones and assist walk-in clients and donors. Food intake screeners will help food assistance clients, update database records, schedule appointments and do follow-up calls. All positions require complete background checks and any Spanish speaking skills would be most appreciated. Prince William Soil and Water Conservation District is looking for an Environmental Education Program Assistant. Duties include managing communications with educators, distribution of the Conservation Capsule program during the school calendar year. Qualifications are: strong written and verbal communication skills, computer proficiency in MS Office, are self-directed as well as team member and be organized and efficient.
