NOVA’s annual holiday luncheon for senior citizens is Dec. 4; reserve now

Registration is now open for the annual Senior Citizens Holiday Celebration on Dec. 4 at the Manassas Campus of Northern Virginia Community College. The event is free but reservations are required because space is limited.
Seniors may call 703-530-3077 to make reservations. To keep the process fair, each person will be limited to two tickets. When the seats are full, registration will close.
This year’s party will take place Dec. 4. Guests will be treated to a delicious lunch, musical entertainment and some surprises.

Red Cross opening blood donor center in Manassas off Sudley Rd. in shopping center with Aldi Groc.
On Friday, Nov. 22, the American Red Cross will mark the grand opening of its new state-of-the-art blood donation center in Manassas. This new facility will collect thousands of blood products each year from generous donors who roll up a sleeve to help save lives.
