The public is invited to participate in these events and programs, which will be held at various locations throughout the park.

Park historians will offer guided tours covering key phases of the Second Battle of Manassas.

The series of tours will begin at 7 p.m. on August 30, with a tour of the Brawner Farm, the site of the opening engagement of the battle.

The tour schedule resumes on August 31, with guided walks highlighting the defense of Jackson’s Left at 10 a.m., Grover’s assault on the Unfinished Railroad at 2 p.m., the Union attack at Sudley Church at 4 p.m., and the evening clash at the Groveton crossroads at 7 p.m.

The final day of tours on September 1 will cover the attack at the Deep Cut at 1 p.m., Longstreet’s counterattack and the defense of Chinn Ridge at 3 p.m., and the final struggle for Henry Hill at 5 p.m.
