Reduced Shakespeare Company will be back at Hylton Performing Arts Center in Manassas on Friday, Oct. 28 at 8 p.m., to entertain with a timely comedy, The Complete History of American (abridged): Election Edition!
Some 22 actors and other students from George Mason University’s School of Theater and School of Music will present the Mason Fall Musical, The Threepenny Opera, in Fairfax and Manassas in late October and early November.

Prince William County Animal Shelter will host a Fall Festival on Sunday, Sept. 25, from noon to 4 p.m. The shelter is located at 14807 Bristow Road in Manassas (20112). Events include rabies clinic, nail trimming, pet adoptions, vendors, giveaways, opening of children's (animal themed) little library.
15th Annual Heritage Charity Classic 5K/2K Cancer Walk/Run/Bike will be held on Saturday, Sept. 24, beginning at 8 AM on the lawn of the Heritage Hunt Golf and Country Club in the Heritage Hunt community in Gainesville. Proceeds will be donated to the Novant UVA Cancer Center at Lake Manassas in Gainesville
For the farm tour, Evergreen Acres will have hayrides to the fields and Christmas trees, an observation beehive and produce and honey for sale. Farmer Jim Gehlsen will be available to answer any questions visitors may have about his farm.
Tina V Loves Virginia Love Fest 2016 is a musical festival with a message that will be held in the City of Manassas this Saturday, Sept. 24, from 4 to 8 p.m., on the lawn of Manassas Museum, 9101 Prince William Street.
An exhibit by the Art Guild of Clifton will be on display in The Hall at City Hall in Manassas until Oct. 3. The exhibit is open to the public Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is free to the public. The vibrant colors on all pieces are fabulous and sizes range from 8 x 10 to large canvas.
