The investigation revealed the driver of a 2021 GMC Arcadia was traveling northbound on Sudley Manor Dr, just past Chatsworth Dr, when the vehicle struck a pedestrian who was wearing dark clothing and walking within the middle of the roadway. The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene of the crash and contacted police and rescue personnel.
