Virginia has launched an entirely new version of its official state website, Virginia.gov, according to Governor Bob McDonnell. Virginia.gov is now also available to mobile device users.
Virginia challenged the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) attempts to regulate storm water as a pollutant in the Accotink Creek watershed in Fairfax County. The court said the EPA overstepped its bounds under the Clean Water Act.
