Taxpayers using IRS form 8863 to claim Education Credits (American Opportunity Credit and Lifetime Learning Credit) will be able to file their returns in mid-February, according to IRS spokesman Mark Hanson.

The campaign is aimed at helping millions of Americans who earned $50,270 or less take advantage of the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), according to IRS spokesman for this area Mark Hanson.
