No one was inside when a single gunshot hit a SmartBoard at an elementary school in Woodbridge VA, according to Prince William County VA police department's crime report for Monday, April 29.

Several businesses and residents have reported receiving calls from solicitors who claim to be contacting them on behalf of the Manassas City Police Department. The solicitors try to sell items or request funds for various public safety programs.

Prince William County Fire & Rescue reported it is investigating the cause of an April 27 fire on Nimitz Court in Manassas. Four people were displaced and damage was estimated at $240,000. No one was hurt.
