Prince William County Parks and Recreation is hosting its annual Holiday Walk of Lights at Neabsco Regional Park for the third year. The FREE lights display begins Friday, Dec. 6. New this year: Visitors can experience the magic of the holiday season with visits from holiday characters, joyful holiday music sung by carolers and an unforgettable holiday shopping experience on select nights.

On May 8, 2023 at 12:26PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to Manassas Mall located at 8270 Sudley Rd. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a shoplifting.

Through the investigation the man was ultimately identified as a 61-year-old Manassas resident who remained hospitalized until succumbing to his injuries believed to have been sustained after being struck by an unknown vehicle. No striking vehicle or its driver have been located or identified. Investigators with the Crash Investigation Unit are asking anyone who may have witnessed this crash on April 20 around 9 p.m in the area of Orchard Bridge Dr. and Centreville Rd. in Manassas to contact police.
The Fire Marshal’s Office determined improper disposal of ashes as the cause of the fire.The Building Official declared the structure unsafe to occupy. The Red Cross assisted the two adults and three children who were displaced.
