While inside the acquaintance’s vehicle, an unknown man, later identified as the accused, reached up from the back seat and wrapped his arm around the victim’s neck before brandishing a firearm towards her. When the victim attempted to use her phone, the accused took the phone from her. The victim was eventually able to separate from the accused and fled the vehicle.
