OmniRide staff will welcome back riders at commuter lots - buses on Friday schedule

OmniRide has resumed operating all routes and increased service levels on OmniRide Express buses. Weekday Express service to destinations in Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. are running on a Friday schedule. The increase in service levels was based on the improving COVID-19 conditions, and the Governor’s order to begin reopening the state.

On June 19, the suspect sought in connection to the abduction that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 9100 block of Amherst Ct. in Manassas (20111) on June 10, was arrested.

Suspect held without bond in sexual assault and burglary case in Bristow

Off. Beard said the victim, a 22-year-old woman, reported to police that she was sexually assaulted by an acquaintance, identified as the accused, after he entered her locked bedroom. The victim recently reported the incident, prompting a police investigation.
