Authorities are seeking information about an "extremely emaciated" mixed breed hound about 6-12 months old that was abandoned at C. Lacey Compton Neighborhood Park in Woodbridge last Saturday morning, March 2, about 10:30 a.m., reportedly by a man driving a newer model white Range Rover.

Crews arrived with heavy fire in a single-family dwelling’s garage quickly spreading throughout the structure. The dwelling sustained extensive damage and was declared unsafe to occupy by the Building Official.
