Detectives with the Prince William County Police Department's Violent Crimes Bureau concluded the investigation into the shooting that occurred on the grounds of Gar-Field High School, 14000 Smoketown Rd in Woodbridge (22192), on April 15, 2022. In another case, Officers were initially notified by Child Protective Services (CPS) Oct. 26 that a mother, later identified as the accused, brought her 2-year-old son to an area hospital for treatment of a non-life threatening gunshot wound. Police seeking child's mother.
