ng. A family friend contacted police after he received information that a shooting had occurred at the home. Officers arrived at the residence and located one of the parties, later identified as the accused, who was detained without incident.

During the ongoing investigation into the murder of a 23-year-old woman killed in a shooting that occurred in the area of Bronson Ct. and Brickwood Dr. in Woodbridge (22193) on February 2, detectives have arrested one man and obtained an arrest warrant for another man involved in the encounter.

The investigation revealed the victim's body was found by an acquaintance with life-threatening injuries and later pronounced dead at the scene. The victim's injuries were determined to be suspicious in nature and not self-inflicted.

On Oct. 24, 2024 at 1:25AM, crash investigators with Prince William County Police responded to the area of the Prince William Pkwy. near Minnieville Rd. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a single vehicle crash. The investigation revealed the driver of a 2024 Chevrolet Blazer was traveling southbound on Prince William Pkwy. when the vehicle crossed over the grassy median and across the opposite travel lanes.
