Prince William County Fire Marshal's Office is investigating the cause of a fire that routed 13 people from their homes in the 15700 block of Lansdale Place in Montclair on Monday, May 30th around 6:27 a.m. A firefighter sustained a minor foot injury. No residents were injured. Damages was estimated at $500,000: two townhouses were a total loss; another had significant damage; three others had minor damage/
