The investigation revealed the driver of a 2024 Chevrolet Blazer was traveling southbound on Prince William Pkwy. when the vehicle crossed over the grassy median and across the opposite travel lanes.

On October 21 2024 at 2:29 P.M. the Manassas City Police Department received a 911 call stating that a person had been shot in a residence located in the 9200 block of Brinkley Lane, Manassas, VA. Police immediately responded to the scene and located a male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound, according to the police report.
