Authorities are seeking information about an "extremely emaciated" mixed breed hound about 6-12 months old that was abandoned at C. Lacey Compton Neighborhood Park in Woodbridge last Saturday morning, March 2, about 10:30 a.m., reportedly by a man driving a newer model white Range Rover.

AARP Virginia says one of the most popular ways for criminals to steal money and sensitive information is by impersonating a trusted source – often a government agency such as the Social Security Administration.
