Two young men--who were out walking--report robberies in Woodbridge as did a woman, 18, who reportedly was overpowered and injured by a trio of women and a male acquaintance.

As the officers approached the vehicle, the driver, later identified as the accused, placed the vehicle into reverse almost striking an officer and hitting a police department bicycle. The accused then put the vehicle in drive and drove at two additional officers from the team. The officers were able to move out of the way of the vehicle before the accused struck their two police department bicycles and fled the area.

On Saurday, August 15 at 9:56PM, officers responded to the Meridian Bay Apartments located in the 2900 block of Foxlair Dr. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a shots fired call.

On Sunday, August 16 at 4:40PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 12600 block of Garman Dr. in Nokesville (20181) to investigate a shots fired call. Upon arrival, officers located damage to the trim of a window consistent with being struck by a round. While investigating, an additional round was fired in the direction of the residence.
