On Saturday, May 22 at 11:59AM, just before noon, Prince William County Police officers responded to investigate a domestic that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 1500 block of Hylton Ave. in Woodbridge (22191) the prior evening.

The investigation revealed that while in the above area, the victims, identified as a 32-year-old woman and 61-year-old woman, observed the driver of a white Mercedes, exit his vehicle, and approach their vehicle. During the encounter, the suspect exposed himself to the victims before making inappropriate gestures.
