The Prince William County Police reminds motorists to ear your seatbelt every time because seatbelts save lives! That is the underlying message of this year’s “Click It or Ticket” seatbelt enforcement campaign, which runs through Dec. 1, 2024.

Maryland man, charged with abduction and burglary, turns self into police May 29

On Saurday, May 29 at 10 AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Stone Pointe Apartments located in the 14900 block of Potomac Heights Pl. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. The victim, a 27-year-old woman, reported to police that an acquaintance, identified as the accused, kicked in the locked front door when she would not open the door for him.

Remains of man found in Florida traced back to murder in Prince William County

On October 25, 2020, Florida Highway Patrol responded to a single vehicle crash involving the accused in the Miami-Dade area of the state. During the investigation into the crash, troopers located Brian’s remains in the trunk area of the vehicle. Brian reportedly suffered from multiple gunshots wounds and his death was ruled a homicide by the Miami-Dade Medical Examiner’s Office.

Mom, 23, charged with two counts of felony child neglect

On Friday, May 21 at 11:16AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Sam’s Club located at 14050 Worth Ave. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a child neglect call. Upon arrival, officers located a vehicle that was not running and occupied by an unsupervised 11-month-old boy.
