The office of Rep. Gerry Connolly (D-VA) reports that the Congressman is one of eight members of a House of Representatives' delegation who flew out of the U.S. on Friday, March 4 on a bipartisan oversight trip to see firsthand the humanitarian crisis created by Putin’s invasion of Ukraine. Connolly, who represents part of eastern Prince William County, is President of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly.

On Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 7:25PM, Prince William County Police Department officers responded to the Horner Commuter Lot located at 13455 Telegraph Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate two pedestrians who had been struck in the lot, according to First Sgt. Jonathan Perok, public information officer.

State Sen. Scott Surovell, who represents part of Prince William County, has announced the passage of SB 6, his bill to raise the number of Justices in the 31st Judicial Circuit (which includes Prince William Cunty and the cities of Manassas and Manassas Park) from six to seven.

On Friday February 25, 2022 at 6:35PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the area of Dale Blvd and Ridgefield Rd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a sexual assault.

First Sergeant Jonathan Perok, public information officer, reported that officers responded to the area of the Prince William Pkwy and Dumfries Rd in Manassas (20112) to investigate a two-vehicle crash.

The investigation revealed that the victim, a 3-year-old girl, was sitting with her family in the food court area when they were approached by an unknown woman, later identified as the accused. During the encounter, the accused took the victim’s arm and demanded she go with her.
