Teens 13-19 who want to get to a job and other destinations without having to ask parents for a ride can travel safely and independently with a MyLink summer bus pass. As an added bonus, they can get discounts at select area attractions by showing their MyLink Pass.

Governor Terry McAuliffe June 2 announced the completion of a two-year, public-private collaboration between the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) and Ancestry.com that fully digitizes the state’s vital records. To date, more than 16 million records have been digitized and indexed.

During the annual three-day event, CVSA-certified inspectors conduct compliance, enforcement and educational initiatives targeted at various elements of motor carrier, vehicle, driver, and cargo safety and security, with nearly 17 trucks or buses inspected, on average, every minute in Canada, the United States and Mexico.

Prince William County School of Practical Nursing will hold a Graduation and Capping Ceremony on Friday, June 5 at 6:30 p.m. at Osbourn Park High School. Twenty-eight students will be graduating as part of the class of 2015 while 52 students will receive their caps and lamps as part of this time-honored ceremony.
