A preliminary review of the Sept. 23, 2015 officer involved shooting that occurred near Lake Drive in Manassas has been completed. In the interest of keeping our community informed of significant incidents involving our officers, further details of that incident are being publicly released.

At approximately 1:05AM on September 25, 2015, Manassas City Police responded to the 9100 block of Stevens Ct for a report of a shooting. The public's help is being sought in identifying a suspect(s).

Currently, the Prince William County Police Department is investigating an officer involved shooting which occurred in an area just inside Fairfax County. Officers initially responded to a residence located in the 7600 block of Lake Dr in Manassas (20111) at 2:11PM to investigate a report of a trespasser.
