Prince William County Police have posted a lookout for a missing person who may be in the area of Novant UVA PW Hospital in Manassas: Leroy Jesse SPRUILL is described as an black male, 77 years of age, 5'08”, 135lbs with grey hair and brown eyes. Mr. Spruill was last seen wearing a black hat with the presidential seal on it, a beige, blue or black jacket, and glasses.
