Mr. Spruill was last seen wearing a black hat with the presidential seal on it, a beige, blue or black jacket, and glasses.

MISSING ENDANGERED JUVENILE: The Prince William County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing, endangered juvenile, Naseem Isiah Roulack, 14, missing since June 1. He left for school and didn't return home.
