Va. Governor Terry McAuliffe announced additional appointments to his Administration June 30. The appointees will join McAuliffe’s Administration focused on finding common ground with members of both parties on issues that will build a new Virginia economy and create more jobs across the Commonwealth. Shooting Investigation *UPDATE – On June 25, the male suspect involved in the shooting at the Quality Inn located at 1109 Horner Rd in Woodbridge on June 12 died as a result of his injuries.

Apple Federal Credit Union (FCU) recently announced that Larry Kelly, president and chief executive officer, will retire at the end of June. Andrew (Andy) C. Grimm, Apple FCU’s executive vice president and chief operating officer, will succeed Kelly July 1, 2017. The Apple FCU Board of Directors reached its decision after a nationwide search, a news release said.
