On September 3 at 5:30PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Home Depot located at 14025 Foulger Sq in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an indecent exposure.

After charging one suspect in a Sept 1 home invasion at gunpoint in Woodbridge, Prince William County Police are looking for a second suspect.

On September 1, detectives from the Homicide Unit obtained an arrest warrant for a suspect sought in connection to the murder of Miguel Angel RUIZ CARRILLO. The victim’s body was discovered in the area of Nokesville Rd and Fauquier Dr in Nokesville on August 22 after he was initially reported missing to Fairfax County Police earlier that month.

Haymarket's Park Valley Church's Disaster Relief Team (PVC DRT) will be deploying to flood ravaged Houston to bring supplies, help, and Jesus to a community in need, according to a news release, and local donations of supplies are needed. On September 8th, a team of approximately eight volunteers will be driving two moving trucks full of supplies 23+ hours to Houston, Texas.

Governor Terry McAuliffe has issued an executive order declaring a state of emergency that will allow Virginia to expedite aid to the impacted Gulf Coast areas.

USDA’s Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) is actively working with officials in Texas and Louisiana to ensure that people impacted by Hurricane Harvey have access to food now and after emergency operations are completed.
