Haymarket fashion designer Kelsy Dominick, a Battlefield High School graduate, will debut her latest collection from DiDomenico Designs during the prestigious Couture Fashion Week event in New York.

Governor Terry McAuliffe Aug. 24 signed Executive Order 47 establishing the Governor’s Council on Youth Entrepreneurship.
