Retail, office, hotel space, and upscale housing coming to Manassas city’s Gateway property

During a recent City Council meeting, the council voted to approve an agreement with Buchanan Partners, one of the largest real estate developers in the Washington, D.C. region, to create a mixed-use development on 40 acres at the City’s Gateway property. The master plan for this site includes retail, office, and hotel space, and 279 upscale housing units.
