Gov. Glenn Youngkin has announced that World Class Distribution, Inc. (WCD Inc.), a distribution, warehousing, and cold storage network company, will invest $275 million to build a 1.2 million-square-foot distribution facility in Caroline County north of Richmond, which will create 745 new jobs.

Gov. Ralph Northam has announced $70 million for small businesses and nonprofit organizations whose normal operations were disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The funding will come through Rebuild VA, a new economic recovery fund, and grants of up to $10,000 will be awarded to approximately 7,000 applicants to cover eligible expenses.

On April 17, 2020, detectives with the Prince William County Police Department's Violent Crime Unit identified and arrested two additional suspects wanted in connection to the commercial robberies that were reported to have occurred between 12:24AM and 2:46AM on June 24, 2019 at two 7-Eleven stores–one in Manassas and one in Woodbridge.
