New legislation that aims to ease US Postal Service's finances and co-sponsored by US Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) is ready for the President's signature.

One of Virginia's U.S. Senators, Tim Kaine, is cosponsoring the bipartisan Ban Russian Energy Imports Act. The legislation would prohibit the importation of Russian crude oil, petroleum products, liquefied natural gas (LNG), and coal. “An immediate ban on Russian energy imports will help ensure we aren’t contributing in any way to financing Russia’s unprovoked and unjustified war against Ukraine,” said Senator Kaine.

Easy Dynamics Corporation, a technology services provider with a core focus in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and information sharing, will invest expand its operation in Fairfax County, creating 61 new jobs, including software engineers, business analysts, project managers, and other business support roles.

Gov. Glenn Youngkin has announced that Walgreens, an integrated pharmacy, healthcare, and retail leader, will invest $34.2 million to establish a Micro-Fulfillment Center for high-value pharmaceuticals at the Atlee Station Logistics Center near Ashland in Hanover County, north of Richmond.
