The investigation revealed the victim, a 19-year-old woman, was shopping with two younger siblings when they encountered an unknown man in a toy aisle within the store. During the encounter, the man brushed past the victim and inappropriately touched her before leaving the aisle.

According to Matt Smolsky, Assistant Chief for Prince William Fire and Rescue, units arriving on the scene observed a tractor trailer had crashed into a condo building at the Moorings of Occoquan. Multiple vehicles were involved. Five patients were evaluated' four were transported to the hospital. No one in the building was injured, Smolsky said.
