Stabbing Investigation- On February 17 at 6:22PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 7300 block of Forrester Ln in the Sudley area of Manassas (20109) to investigate a stabbing, according to Officer Steven R. Mattos Jr., police department spokesman.

At approximately 1:50 a.m. on Feb. 15, 2017, Manassas City Police responded to the Seven Eleven located at 10299 Dumfries Rd, Manassas, for a report of an armed robbery. According to the store clerks, two male subjects entered the store wearing masks, and displayed a handgun demanding money. The suspects fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash, last seen headed toward Winterset Dr.

On Sunday, February 12th at 7:45 p.m., fire and rescue units were dispatched to a structure fire located at Sams Junk Yard in the 14500 block of Lee Highway in Gainesville. Upon arrival, firefighters observed a mobile home fully involved. Fire and rescue crews initiated attack and extinguished the fire.
No injuries reported.
A Building Official has posted the trailer unsafe.
According to the Fire Marshal’s Office, preliminary damages are estimated at $25,000, a total loss.
The fire is currently under investigation by the Fire Marshal’s Office.
