Victim yells while inside vehicle, catches attention of passerby who intervenes

The investigation revealed that the victim, a 28-year-old woman and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, stopped in the above area where a verbal altercation escalated inside of the vehicle. During the encounter, the accused struck the victim. When the victim attempted to exit the vehicle, the accused grabbed her and prevented her from leaving.

Suspect arrested in pre-Christmas 2020 robbery in Manassas

Man allegedly makes physical contact with victim while exposing himself

On May 6 at 4:20AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Sunoco located at 7203 Sudley Rd. in Manassas (20109) to investigate an indecent exposure. An employee reported to police that while behind the service counter, an unknown man, later identified as the accused, entered the store, and made physical contact with her while exposing himself.

Boy, 11, calls police after finding unconscious family member in bathroom

Rescue personnel responded and transported the accused to an area hospital for treatment. While investigating, officers determined the accused was caring for the victim and suspected narcotics were located within the residence. The victim was not injured and was turned over to a family member, according to MPO Renee Carr, the police department's public information officer.
