On March 23 at 6:30 p.m., the Manassas Campus of Northern Virginia Community College will host “Chinese Culture and Growing Up in a Communist Country,” a presentation by Grace Yao and Dong Xiang. The event, which begins with light refreshments at 6 p.m., is free and open to the community.
