Prince William Fire & Rescue graduates 24 in Recruit Class 2016-3

On Friday, May 5 at 10 a.m., Prince William County VA Department of Fire and Rescue held its graduation ceremony for Recruit Class 2016-3 at the Hylton Performing Arts Center in Manassas, according to a news release. Battalion Chief Chris Granger presided over the ceremony.

Manassas & Manassas Park Democrats to nominate candidates for treasurer, comm. of revenue

Manassas and Manassas Park Cities Democratic Committee (MMPCDC) has scheduled caucuses to nominate Democratic candidates for state constitutional office races for Manassas (June 7) and Manassas Park (June 5) in the Nov. 7, 2017 General Election for treasurer and commissioner of the revenue in each city.

Osbourn High School student art is on exhibit now through May 22, 2017 at The Hall at City Hall. The exhibit is open to the public Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Prince William School Board to take parliamentary procedure training in May and June

Prince William County School Board will receive training in parliamentary procedure from Thomas Balch, J.D., a Professional Registered Parliamentarian, during two one-hour sessions, one on May 3 and one on June 7.
