Western PWC Del. Lovejoy to file five anti-data center bills

Western Prince William Delegate Ian Lovejoy (R-22) has issued a news release saying he will submit five unique pieces of legislation aimed at mitigating growing data center impacts, particularly in Prince William County.

Human rights complaints can now be filed online in Prince William County

Now, there's an online form that goes directly to the Prince William County Human Rights Commission, an agency that investigates human and civil rights complaints.

The Prince William Board of County Supervisors voted unanimously Aug. 1 to merge the Convention and Visitors Bureau into the county’s Department of Parks and Recreation as the Office of Tourism.

Restructuring of Fire & Rescue System approved by PWC Supervisors

Prince William Board of County Supervisors voted unanimously to adopt a new ordinance to restructure the Prince William County Department of Fire and Rescue Service. The new structure includes a system chief, an executive committee, and a budget advisory and financial planning committee.
