Western PWC Del. Lovejoy to file five anti-data center bills

Western Prince William Delegate Ian Lovejoy (R-22) has issued a news release saying he will submit five unique pieces of legislation aimed at mitigating growing data center impacts, particularly in Prince William County.

Alanna Mensing plans to focus her campaign for City Council on education, economic development and community services. "I want to keep our schools fully supported, create new storefronts on city-owned land, and ensure that our community center remains affordable and accessible for all of our residents here in Manassas Park," Mensing was quoted as saying in a news release.

Manassas fire and rescue captain receives FO international professional designation

Capt. Matthew Fox from the City of Manassas Fire and Rescue Department has been conferred a designation that only 448 others have achieved worldwide. He has completed the process to become a Fire Officer or FO and was awarded the designation recently by the Commission on Professional Credentialing.
