Caregiving during the three key stages of Alzheimer’s disease will be the focus of a seminar May 4 at Edward Kelly Leadership Center, the Prince William School Division's central office.

Prince William County Public Schools has hired Albert Ciarochi III as associate superintendent for support services. Ciarochi has more than 25 years of experience in education, the past six years as assistant superintendent of operations for Henrico County Public Schools.

The City of Manassas and Historic Manassas, Inc. will host One Love Manassas April 26-28 This multi-media art event will feature live music, a juried art competition, a film showcase, Chasing Light - a 3D music and light interactive experience. The weekend is designed to give artists a platform to perform, share and leverage their art. It is a celebration of life with the arts.

On March 28 at 7 p.m., the Haymarket/Gainesville Community Library will host a meeting in the Mary Jo Rigby Community Room entitled, "An Introduction to The League of Women Voters and its Work,"

This is part of the "1,000 Books Before Kindergarten" program, which encourages parents and their children to read 1,000 books before the children enter school. The program was first introduced in 2015 and continues to be the library system's most popular program.
