VDOT to close 395 express lanes Saturday night at Shirlington Circle

The traffic shift is part of the project to rehabilitate the Shirlington Circle south rotary bridge over I-395. The project, to improve safety for drivers and extend the overall life of the bridge, is scheduled for completion in mid-2025.

Ten localities get outdoors tourism grants

Governor Glenn Youngkin today announced that 10 Virginia communities will launch new tourism programs to boost their outdoor recreation economies. Each was awarded up to $20,000.
