George Mason University Foundation has announced the recent appointment of 11 new trustees to the board effective July 1. The newest members represent both government and private business professionals, all committed to the continued success of George Mason University and its Faster Farther Campaign.

Operators who offer fantasy contests in the Commonwealth must register with VDACS as a result of recent legislation, Chapters 318 and 703 of the 2016 Acts of Assembly. Registration is required beginning July 1, 2016.

My number one project for military veterans who live in Northern Virginia moved one step closer to reality June 1 at American Legion Post 176 in Springfield. House Bill (HB) 477, was signed into law by the governor. This puts us on the road to reality for constructing the Northern Virginia Veterans Care Center. The chosen location is Vint Hill.
