Voters in the Fredericksburg area filed suit Dec. 6 to seek a new election in House District 28. This is the only remedy available to voters who were given an incorrect ballot on Election Day. This decision comes after the State Board of Elections admitted that 147 voters were misassigned into the wrong House District where the margin is separated by 82 votes.

Effective Jan. 1, 2018, Virginia state inspection stickers will no longer be affixed to the bottom center of a vehicle’s windshield.
