VDOT to close 395 express lanes Saturday night at Shirlington Circle

The traffic shift is part of the project to rehabilitate the Shirlington Circle south rotary bridge over I-395. The project, to improve safety for drivers and extend the overall life of the bridge, is scheduled for completion in mid-2025.
