(Route 294) will be closed, weather permitting, Saturday night, Nov. 6 and Sunday night, Nov. 7, and the right lane of southbound I-95 between RTe.123 and PW Parkway will be closed Monday night, Nov. 8, The closings are to implement a traffic shift, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
