MANASSAS – Intermittent full closures will occur along Old Centreville Road on the bridge over Bull Run Thursday night, July 20 between midnight and 4 a.m. in order to place bridge beams, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.

Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI) at Interstate 66 and US 15 will be one step closer to completion once the new traffic signal mast arms are installed at US 15 and VA 55, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation. Lane closures at the intersection, as well as intermittent full closures up to 15 minutes each will occur to facilitate the work.

Rolling Road between Thomas Drive and Glen Court in Manassas will stay closed to through traffic until 5 p.m. Thursday, July 13 for stormwater pipe replacement, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation. A detour will be in place.

Six roads in Prince William County recently received the scenic byways designation from the state of Virginia. Aden, Bristow, Joplin, Waterfall and Antioch roads, plus John Marshall Highway are the first in the county to receive the designation, adding 40 miles to Virginia's Scenic Byways network.

On July 7 at 2:51AM, officers responded to investigate an assault which reportedly occurred in the 11200 block of Golden Leaf Cir in Manassas (20109) on July 6 at approximately 10:30PM.

On June 18 at 1:30PM, officers responded to the area of Jefferson Davis Hwy and Vantage Dr in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a crash.
