Wawa coming to Sudley Rd. where Don Pablo’s eatery was

FRONTIER Companies reports that it has broken ground on what will soon be a Wawa convenience store and gas station located at 10691 Davidson Place and Sudley Road in Manassas. The site was the former home of Don Pablo’s Mexican Kitchen restaurant.

NOVEC HELPS now collecting food for needy for Thanksgiving until Nov. 14

NOVEC HELPS is asking area residents to drop off nonperishable food at two NOVEC offices, open 8:15 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday: at 10323 Lomond Drive, Manassas, VA 20109 and at 14500 Minnieville Road, Woodbridge, VA 22193.

Two food delivery persons report robberies by three suspects Oct. 21 in Lake Ridge

The victim, a 26-year-old male, reported to police that while making a food delivery in the above area, he was approached by three unknown males who took the money from the victim before fleeing the area on foot. Later in the evening, an additional incident was reported near the above address where three suspects attempted to obtain money in a similar manner. The investigation revealed that the suspects were the same in both incidents.
